Bonus System
The program is designed to collaborate with local and international consultants and companies to engage them in attracting foreign companies to Uzbekistan for the purpose of opening their offices or outsourcing part of their tasks and business processes.
Target
Companies intended to open outsourcing offices in Uzbekistan
Priority categories of outsourcing companies:
Front office business process services, such as customer support, call centers, telemarketing, technical support, etc.
Service-oriented companies intended to establish regional office in Uzbekistan
Providing services resulting from intellectual efforts and ready to export its services to two or more foreign countries from Uzbek office
Conditions for engaging with consultants
SHORT-TERM OPTION A
Duration: Up to 3 months contract
Responsibilities of the consultants:
Increasing awareness among network about Uzbekistan as a new outsourcing hub
Local software developers, or service - providing entity
Assisting IT Park in lead generation, finding and attracting companies interested in opening offices in Uzbekistan
Providing support in attracting companies to the events organized by IT Park
Award system
For every IT or outsourcing company attracted to the event
$500
For every Fortune US 500, Fortune Global 500, S&P Global 500, Forbes Global 2000, company attracted to the event
$1500
SHORT-TERM OPTION B
Duration: Up to 6 months contract
Responsibilities of the consultants:
Increasing awareness among network about Uzbekistan as a new outsourcing hub
Assisting IT Park in lead generation, that is, finding and attracting companies interested in opening offices in Uzbekistan
Providing support in attracting companies to the events organized by IT Park
Participating as a speaker at the event by request of IT Park
Working with leads up to launch of the business as a member of IT Park
Award system
For every production workplace created by the companies attracted by the consultants
$270
If company is in the list of Fortune US 500, Fortune Global 500, S&P Global 500, Forbes Global 2000, award will be multiplied by 2x scale .
Note: Launched business in Uzbekistan, i.e. member of IT Park, have to have not less than 5 employees within 2 months of operation.
LONG-TERM OPTION
Duration: Subject for discussion
Responsibilities of the consultants:
Increasing awareness among network about Uzbekistan as a new outsourcing hub
Assisting IT Park in lead generation, finding and attracting companies interested in opening offices in Uzbekistan
Providing support in attracting companies to the events organized by IT Park
Participating as a speaker at the event by request of IT Park
Working with leads up to launch of the business as a member of IT Park
Providing market overview and insights of the global IT and outsourcing market
Active participation in communication & marketing strategy of IT Park
Award system
1st year – 50%
of the fee paid by attracted member company to the IT Park
2nd year – 30%
of the fee paid by attracted member company to the IT Park
Payment will be done on a quartile base
Note: Launched business in Uzbekistan, i.e. member of IT Park, have to have not less than 5 employees within 2 months of operation.
